Why this desk exists.

Johnson Capital is an instant-funding house. One product, three sizes, a published 8% contract, and a name on the door.

The short version

Most prop firms ask a trader to buy an exam. Pass one phase, then another, wait for a review, then maybe receive capital. That model works for some people. It is not what Johnson Capital sells.

Johnson Capital was built for traders who already have a method and do not want to rent a challenge. You buy a $10,000, $25,000 or $50,000 instant account, receive credentials, and trade under rules that are written in full before the card is charged. There is no profit target to “beat.” There is a risk rail: 8% daily, 8% trailing maximum, lock at starting balance after +8% or after a payout.

Why it was created

I am Henry Johnson. I ran enough funded accounts as a trader to get tired of two things: rulebooks that change after purchase, and product menus so wide that nobody can tell which contract they actually bought.

Instant funding is a simple idea that firms keep burying under extra programs. Lite versions. Lightning versions. One-phase cousins with different news rules. The trader pays, then discovers the weekend hold they needed was never allowed on that SKU. Johnson Capital is the opposite design. The firm exists to do one job well — issue instant capital under one published contract — and to keep that contract stable.

That is why there is no evaluation catalogue here. Not because evaluations are immoral. Because mixing them with instant funding makes both products worse. If you need a cheap exam with a refund, this is the wrong house. If you want to start funded today and live inside a known 8% box, this is the product.

Why a trader would choose Johnson Capital

What Johnson Capital is not

It is not a broker pitching deposits. It is not a $400,000 scaling ladder. It is not a trading course. It is not an evaluation firm with an instant badge glued on the homepage. Losses on the account are not a personal margin call beyond the one-time fee. Profits are paid on the published clock after KYC, on the split you selected.

How the house is run

Publish first. Charge second. Pay on fourteen days. Keep the rule file shorter than the marketing file. If a line on the Rules page and a line on a sales card disagree, the Rules page wins.

Desk hours follow New York sessions. All support requests go through the contact form and are handled by the operations team. Payout requests themselves belong in the trader dashboard, not in email.
